Paddock Farm Herefordshire beef, fish and shellfish straight from the Cornish Coast, Salt Pig charcuterie and Cacklebean eggs are just some of the hero ingredients celebrated in our kitchen. Everything is made in-house by the brigade, with the exception of our sourdough.
